- Pre-Buy contract deliveries will begin on November 1, 2022 and will end April 1, 2023.
- Propane gas that is ordered after April 1, 2023, or in excess of the pre-buy gallons will be billed at the daily retail price.
- Prices will not go down if the markets go down.
- All contract plans are non-transferrable to other accounts or locations, unless approved by Seller.
- Contracted gallons will be delivered from the first contract through the last if multiple contracts are purchased.
- If contracted gallons do not cover the entire delivery, a minimum of 150 gallons, or filling the tank to 80% is required. Any additional gallons over contracted gallons will be priced at the current rates at the time of delivery.
- All unused dollars at the end of the contract period will go as a credit on your account towards future deliveries at the price in effect at the time of delivery. It can also be used towards any other services or a refund to Buyer upon request.
- Because of market conditions significantly affecting the costs and expenses of selling fuel, if Customer has not consumed at least 75% of contracted gallons, or has otherwise violated the terms of the Agreement, a $0.20 per contracted gallon will be retained by Company for liquidation damages, plus any other damages caused by Customer.
